The big game is coming up this weekend, are you ready? Finger foods & appetizers are all the rage for the day – have you nailed down your menu yet? I’m all about a whole lot of snacking and not so much about any kind of football watching on Super Bowl Sunday! These Mini Shrimp & Artichoke Appetizer Cups are enough to keep me nice & happy! The super awesome thing about these fun little appetizers is that they are only FIVE ingredients! I love five ingredient recipes, so easy.. there’s no excuse not to make them!
Have you tried any of the La Terra Fina dips before? What I love about them is that they are made with real ingredients – no artificial flavors or preservatives! The dip pairs perfectly with the shrimp and is finished off nicely with the shredded parmesan. A great little snack to have for any party, but will be especially delicious at your Super Bowl party! You can throw them together in less than 15 minutes and enjoy the game & your guests with the rest of your time!
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 lb cooked shrimp, diced
- 1 pkg. La Terra Fina Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip
- 1/4 c. shredded parmesan
- Parsley, garnish optional
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray & place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup. Bake 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool. In a medium sized bowl, combine diced shrimp & La Terra Fina Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip. Fill each cup with a spoonful of dip mixture. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan. Garnish with fresh parsley.
